You will need to provide us with the following documents so that the CMDP can grant you the privileges to practice in our establishment:

• Curriculum vitae
• Copy of your specialist certificate
• Copy of your Collège des Médecins du Québec membership card
• Proof of membership in the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
• Certificate of professional conduct issued by the Collège des Médecins du Québec.

After receiving these documents, the CMDP title examination committee will review your application and, if necessary, you will be granted privileges to practice in our institution.
