Complaints Commissioner

Under the An Act to strengthen the complaint examination regime in the health and social services network, in particular for users who receive services from private institutions, the Commissioner for Complaints and the Quality of Services in Public Institutions becomes responsible for examining complaints from users of private establishments in its territory, and guaranteeing the treatment of reports made as part of the policy to combat abuse.
